Anyone have tips on what I should work on?

Feels like I've been the same height forever and I haven't been able to put any weight on.
I'm trying to do anything I can to improve because I think I have potential and I don't think it's over yet because I'm young.

Tips?

yeah i was legit subhuman at 15 and now at 19 im like strong MTN on a good day so u will ascend al ot dont worry
 
also u will grow prolly to 179 cm or smtg its decent
 
Hit the gym, and start taking Vitamin D3 and K2 supplements for bone mass in the long term. 5000 IU for D3 and minimum 1000 MCG for K2. Make sure you get MK-4 form of K2 (menaquinone-4). Users showed better results taking that as opposed to MK-7 or menaquinone-7. Take the MK-4 twice a day because the half-life is shit
