Started going to the gym a few days ago, kinda skinny fat right now cuz of fast weight loss, any tips? Im 16 years old, 6”0(182-183cm) and currently at 70kg(140lbs)
Just a random video while doing cardio lol dont pay attention

lool i already told u what my body looks like, little to no muscle since i play football(soccer) and a little skinny fat since i lost weight fast, i can still send u body pics in dm if u want but its probably not necessary

i play football everyday and i only do a little cardio in the gym just for debloating, maybe only 15-20 min almost everyday
Alright well if you see it starts affecting gains somewhat then just stick to lifting and football
