Any tips on how to make my submandibular lymph nodes smaller?

They stick out and it makes my jawline look like shit. idk if it is because my mandible is too small or what, but I did have crowding when I was younger (I have braces now, which have fixed it)

Depends upon the reason of enlargement, in almost no cases, they're enlarged without reason so if they're enlarged there's an underlying reason (infection, in some cases cancer and other reasons) and fixing that reason would fix their size.

Now if it was always that size and there hasn't ever been an issue with it (extremely rare and I personally have not seen one lol), then you can surgically remove it, surgically removing one lymph node wouldn't really affect your immune system (since that's their main function) because there are a lot of them in the body.

And OP seems to be confusing glands with lymph nodes so it's likely that he's just a fat fuck blaming it on other things, glands or nodes OR there's some other issues 😂

I don't want to be rude but you literally don't have a clue on what you're talking about, those are submandibular GLANDS they store saliva to the mouth. Injecting Botox shrinks them.

and assuming that his question was about lymph nodes rather than the picture he provided because obviously he called them a different thing in the title, I provided the solution for the lymph nodes.

Submandibular glands are ropefuel, only temporary solution known is Botox. I wonder if having a wider jaw gives them better positioning.
