Do you have acne?
Does skin become more oily in heat, when you sweat, and in the sun?

No cure really besides maybe accutane which isn't worth just for that. right before leaving the house to mingle, lightly wipe w oil absorbing blotting sheets

Oilyskincel too, I tried waiting it out about 10yrs still there, tho blackheads/pimples gone

I also use a tinted moisturizer. Wouldnt using a blotting defeat the purpose of using a tinted moisturizer?

A little on my cheeks

Yes
Me too. I still get acne, even at 25 I get breakouts and my skin is never good. The prescribed pills for acne made me lose my hair, had to stop these.

Here's what I'd do:

- I'd use a face wash 2x a day not containing "alcohol denat" but containing good ingredients like salicylic acid or glycolic acid. If you sweat, wash face with water as soon as possible.

- Vitamin C serum (also look at ingredients, alcohol dries out skin and eventually makes it oily) in the morning (although be careful here as your skin will appear oily too, when it's warm). I started every other day, then upped it to every day. This can be used together with salicylic acid face-wash with no problems (I researched this for years).

- Green-clay paste once (?) per week, depending on product.

-Moisture is really important. Something like aloevera or even dead-sea salt spray*

-Change pillow case at least 3x per week, maybe even everyday

-Drink lots of water (I'm still not doing that)

Update me whenever, if you wish!
