1 gal raw milk per day (ik u said u already do that but you should prob drink more) 4k calories per day ATLEAST of unprocessed natural food, 1 hour sun per day atleast, 9h+ sleep per night, 10-15 thousand vitamin d3 per day with k2, zinc supplement, stretching, lower stress, dont eat atleast 2 hours before bed, intermittent fasting, sprinting 4x per week, working out 4x per week, atleast 45 min low intensity cardio per day (walking / biking), eat less sugar
