Any tips to improve My eye área?

I think have a good eye's shape but also have horrible eyebrowns, any tips to improve The eyebrowns or eye area in general, like, shape, products, on which parts apply The product?, how cut them?, how thick is The best?,etc....
Also I wanna get a possitive tilt on eyebrowns, what do you recommend?
