Do a lot of moving/exercise during the day.
Take magnesium glycinate.
Take melatonin if you have to.

3-5mg of melatonin (don't use frequently, just on hard to sleep nights) *one hour before sleep
400-450mg of magnesium glycinate *one hour before sleep

Be more elaborate
Anecdotal but my sleep is only deep when i supplement magnesium also if u got a iphone turn off blue light when ur in bed getting rdy to sleep on ur phone in settings

Cant help you i have the same problem . I tried melatonin doesnt work, magnesium bysglicinate doesnt work. Reading something before bed kinda help, going to bed not late kinda helps and maybe a mini work out might help .
