What can i do with that shit . Should i cut ? can i get hollow cheeks ? how to improve my
appearance.

i am using spf , mousturizer and bulking rn.

should i work out masseter muscle ?

Your biggest falios are your nose and lips
Your lips genuinely look busted up like someone punched you
Nose tip is bulbous

Try not to bite your lips if you do and surgery is basically the only option for nose
But try retin a on your nose to see if the size will go down because it could just be blackheads etc

ALSO your lips are uneven towards your left side
I recommend face pulling your cainine on that side outwards to make it look more even
Trust me it will bring a huge improvement

i have really thick skin on my nose but there is no any visible blackheads . should i use retin a to make skin thinner ?
