Do cardio (more calories burned)

Drink caffeine (increased heart rate = more calories burned)

i’ll get as many steps as possible and go gym to maintain muscle

i’ll pm if need. i hear doing this for short period doesn’t even cause muscle loss

Not so extreme but you might actually die
maybe periods of 1 day water fasting evening 2-3 days. so in total that’s 3 days of water fast which would come to like 1kg fat i think for me, and some water weight loss

The fat loss might be somewhere from 0.5 kg to 3kg. So on avg, you might end up losing 1.75 kgs

BTW the amount of fat would be less, it would be like 0.5 kgs or 1 kg. The rest will be water weight
yeah i’ll cut carbs also on days i eat. i’ll incorporate some water fasting, ill fast tmr i think.

yeah i’ll just try walk as much as possible and play sport also cos actual cardio makes me hungry as shit.

But not as drastic you would see on water fast tho. And there is a baseline of 'leanness' during carb cut but no baseline in complete water fast.

Worse weather in europe sadly, where im at is literally 24 degrees and its sunny as shit
ye and i miss my tan from when i was on holiday, i look better and healthier coloring when i have one imo

i will do water fasting tho, only 3 - 4 days of it. i’ll be like fast for a day then eat then fast for 2 and eat for 2 etc etc

Only protein and cardio till you cant anymore , realistic its possible to drop 2-3 kg , you will also loos 1kg if you eat no carbs because of all water retention , so NO CARBS AT ALL , and if you happen to eat carbs not such a big problem but you cant YOU CANT eat a single carb the last 3 days( so you basicaly can drop 1.5kg by losing whighr and another kg just if you eat no carb:feelstastyman:

1.1kg is completely easy , also drink alot a bit coffeine with no sugar at the last day becaude coffeine is a diuretic as far as i remeber

Retard its not effective. When the body thinks its starving it goes into survival mode and holds onto as much fat as possible instead of burning it.
Fucking retarded theory. You body's creates way more pressure to burn fat than your fucking 'survival instincts'. Come to reality nigga. In that sense, go fucking munch on as much fat as possible so your body's 'survival instinct' burns more fat :lul::lul::lul:
