got it, tbf as long as i manage to drop 1-1.5kg FAT in these 9 days ill be good, idm the rest being waterOnly protein and cardio till you cant anymore , realistic its possible to drop 2-3 kg , you will also loos 1kg if you eat no carbs because of all water retention , so NO CARBS AT ALL , and if you happen to eat carbs not such a big problem but you cant YOU CANT eat a single carb the last 3 days( so you basicaly can drop 1.5kg by losing whighr and another kg just if you eat no carb
