Any way to convince insurance to pay for gyno removal

Im still on my parents healthcare but I hear gyno isnt covered by insurance because its labeled as cosmetic. Any methods for convincing my insurance i need this?

Like getting a psychiatrist to say its affecting my mental health, etc.
