Idk about aromasin cuz i was using 2.5mg of Letro. You can find on internet dosages.
Glucosamine 1500-2000mg per day.

After one month drop aromasin. Stay with glucosamine (its not expensive), 5-10 minutes of basic stretches per day.
You dont need to stretch every day. Once per few days its fine too.

If you’re still growing you can get bone growth through peptides. Theres two patterns in grow hormone signaling, theres spikes/pulses and then theres a “bleed”, which is lower levels of igf1/gh but for prolonged periods.
The gh bleed is better for bone/muscle growth and can be better induced by peptides than having to pin gh multiple times a day, to try and mimic a bleed effect.
This is the absolute best way imo:
Use cjc 1295 2x a week. It has a long half life and induces a gh bleed effect. Mk677 is also a pituitary signaller and has a multiplying effect on the cjc 1295. Take it with huperzine a with is a somatostatin inhibitor which keeps the gh levels elevated. Its intense but your best bet if you’re serious
