nah, ill never do that for many reasons, i dont think anavar causes hairloss if done right, you know test and dht dont cause hairloss, steroids are simply very toxic and since they bind to androgen receptors they have their toxic effects on those receptors, imagine a high t shipmate in 1860 england, you think this guy had hairloss? this guy had prolly test at 1500 and didnt expereicne a single hairfollicle loss in his life, and most body builders take 100mg anavar per day along with primo and test, if you t ake 10/20mg eod i dont thnik that there will be any sides from anavar, anavar is a very mild roid, take tudca along with it 2g and you should be fine, also take ai ofc

r/gettingbigger look for guides on hard clamping and/or pumping (clamping is mostly for girth) - but be extremely cautious of your pc muscles while clamping you shouldnt kegel or youll give yourself hard flaccid i had it for a couple weeks - also get an infrared pad with both 850nm and 660nm light to increase gains

cant find the thread, anyway dht is important for health, no dht=no hair growth, ive read once that weak temporal muscles cause tightening of the scalp and with that less bloodflow to the hair follciles and that dht doesnt need oxygen to convert, so just train temporalis by chewing with ur front teeth

really just standard doses 5g of l cit and 5-10mg of cialis - more bloodflow = more expansion to the tissues = more gains

theres a perfect ratio for everything, even hand width to feet length ratio, four times from outermost part of pinky finger to outermost part of pointing finger is foot length, which is one sixth of total height
