From 18 to about mid to late 20s ish I noticed everything getting progressively more and more boring and me getting more and more jaded so I understand u. I'm trying to break the feeling right now. Even doing random stuff that isn't even necessarily fun can help in my experience, even small stuff like going to a store u never been to just cause it's different can shake things up a bit
