Multiple people reported, that accutane made their nose smaller tbh. In my case I also noticed that my nose got kinda better looking on isotretinoin, maybe very low dose accutane would be worth for perfectskinmaxxing & nosemaxxing idk

Im fine with my nose its slightly wide but not much at all and a little upturned. altough I'd prefer my philtrum to be slightly longer to have perfectly equal thirds. Just cant stand that Chad.
