once its rooted download xposed framework and download an IMEI changer module
then create your own VPN so ur on a different IP


everytime you get banned instead of buying a burner phone you can just change IMEI and buy a new VPS server (some are cheap as $5-10 a month but i'm gonna gatekeep )
