Any ways to fix without surgery?

I wanna increase the length of my ramus, fix my slightly recessed mandible, and get rid of eyebags. Do you guys have any non-surgical recommendations? Looking to get a piece of my hip bone put into my chin when I turn 18.

Use concealer on eyebags, yes it's temporary but works like a charm. I am not sure if you do anything about the ramus and maxilla non surgically
