With your looks I dont think there are really any worthwhile suergeries. Your eye area is the worst part and I would say if you were to get a surgery that would be the most worthwhile area but of course that is not really an area you can mess with surgeries with too easy and certainly no big surgeries.
Midface is a bit long but again not really something I would worry about because your facial harmony is already pretty good. You are already working on your hair so I cant give you much advice. Seems like you're doing pretty well already, your face is already very good, with good hair you will be looking good son
