Orbital decompression is a meme, don't get it unless you want to descend yourself and end up with a million complications. Take a look at what happened to Frank Tufano if you want a preview of what to expect

The problem you have is likely a lack of bone & fat support around the eyes causing them to look bulged, not that your eyes are overly forward set

yep, and fat grafts too if you have bad upper eyelid exposure or hollow undereyes
