no point potentially cooking ur skin
if u want tho, 2-3 sessions per week, at least 24 hr apart
but the place u go to will tell u also

Ive been on Retin A 0.1% for quite some time now , im thinking about switching to a lower % of tret to minimize uv damage

i hopped off tret and am going as much as possible to reach my desired tan

then going to maintain with Mt2 and tanning once a week prob

Looking forward to seeing your results , and for me as well . Ive been on tret for a while so im prob gonna drop the % down to the lowest one , i cant afford to really drop tret completely in my routine .

why cause acne?

i realized mine was fungal this whole time which tret doesn’t help so i just dropped it completely

No mainly just naso folds

and yeah cleansing the liver & improving hormones would do more than tret in that case . For me its just those damn naso folds ! I hate em , but coloring boost my psl so damn hard
