Sleep tests: Constantly do tests like hourly when you are awake to see if you are dreaming (my favorite is poking my hand to see if my finger goes through, a common one is looking at text, looking away, and looking back to see if it changed). This will become a habit and you will do it subconsciously in a dream which will make you conscious once you realize you are dreaming

Wake to sleep method: Wake up in the middle of the night, do something low intensity for around 30 minutes that won't disrupt sleep (think reading, not screentime). Then, go back to sleep. Your brain is going to be more active when you're asleep the rest of the night which increases the chances of you being conscious (lucid) during a dream

Magnesium glycinate (200 mg) plus melatonin (<1 mg) an hour before bed. These increase your sleep quality and duration, which means more REM cycles, which means more opportunities to lucid dream

As soon as you wake up every morning, immediately write what you dreamt about. This will make you more conscious of your dreams and aware of them

You can also take MK67 to get crazy amounts of rem and deep sleep i always have lucid dreams if I take an MK 67 nap :lul::lul:
 
Whenever I listen to 532 hz frequency when sleeping I get crazy vivid dreams which you can turn lucid with other methods
