ive never had massage gun, idk how hard or frequent that hits so no clue. i use knuckles, probs 20% of a full punch, feel for veins tho, this is advanced region, u dont wanna partial facial paralysis

chin grows till early 2os, my family got good chins.

i preferred slow and safe gains over rushed and risky, i was in no time to ascend and could wait so about once every 2-3 weeks, a sess would take 5-10min to high testosterone music
