"arms" includes shoulders ofc

In fact I only do side laterals and push ups. My chest is naturally huge bc of big ribcage and it portrudes so much, so I don't care about overloading it

Arms are good too so I just maintain with pushups and curls


I only overload my side delts and neck, I hammer them 3 times a week


Training back didn't add anything to my physique. I already have a big frame, and lats don't actually make you wider unless you're flexing. muh pushes your arms to the side blah blah yeah no lmao if you're relaxed and lean as a natty, your lats wont be even CLOSE to pushing your arms to your side, NOT that it's even attractive to most girls. When you spread your lats, the reason it makes you look wider is because the muscle is expanding from your scapula and ribcage and pushing your arm to the side; all that muscle returns and gathers on the back of your scapula and ribcage, and even if you have big lats, it will push out saggitally, not laterally. I've read girls comment on this particular thing over and over on reddit, they don't like when your arms aren't on ur side

I like having square shoulders and I don't want traps to detract from that, so if u have sloping shoulders forget about traps. i want my arms to be perfectly by my side, flared lats look retarded and tryhard and de-angularize u

To me legs and back are a waste of muscle synthesis. by only training chest, triceps, biceps, neck and side delts , I don't require much protein intake, which is ideal and makes cutting easier because I don't have to be worried about getting in more food for protein, which will inevitably result in more calories
 
Back is needed for frame too. Back is so integral and honestly if you want 6 pick shredded abs you need to do squats because it beats the shit out of your core.

If you have wide clavicles you will literally be tapered anyway, you don't increase the taper of something by making it bigger in the middle, you narrow it out in the end or make it wider at the top, AKA lean maxxing and side delts training. again I'm not opposed to back training fully, but I saw a lot of people go as far as saying that it's even more important than the actual felts which is fucking laughable, lats do NOT make you wider

To each their own but I gotta stop when you say "Squats barely train your abs" any compound exercise with heavy weights will nearly always beat the shit out of your core. Squats, bench, deadlift, etc. Especially squats since its heavily core and quads oriented. You can do calisthenics with your abs but its easier to progressive overload your abs with squats.

I'm sure it trains your core, but by the time you can hang on a pull-up bar and do 10x20 leg raises to train ur abs, they will be big enough to be seen if ur lean enough



In fact if you're lean enough you need very minimal ab training, which you should be anyway for face gains which are the most important by far to me

lol no, you just need good spine erectors, rear delts and infra spinatus muscles. Infra spinatus is optional, it is a back muscle but u don't need to do grueling workouts for it

I'm similar to yours except I do push-ups instead of OHP (OHP primarily targets front felt. People that do it and are invested in its PRS don't like to believe that it's not hitting their lateral delts hard) for front delts, and I don't do pullups anymore because I didnt see any added benefit to my physique from bigger lats


bigger, arms, chest, neck and shoulders are things every guy needs though

Simple arguments are: by training your whole body and in particular the biggest muscles such as back and legs with compound movements you are maximising your natural testosterone wich is fundamental especially if you are natural. Second is that you will simply look like shit of you don't train espacially your back, your body will be completely unbalanced.

testosterone levels are in fact lowered after intensive cardio, and only spiked briefly and slightly after strength training. For it to contribute to muscle gain it would need to be a significant and chronic increase in testosterone, not a tiny spike. And any tiny incalculable increase in anabolism you may get from this is counteracted by the cortisol spike you also get after training. Bad argument since half of compound ezcercises have nothing to do with back

the best thing training back can grant you is making your back look slightly more filled out from behind, which doesn't matter much if you have a big frame and a small waist, which is ESSENTIAL to looking good naturally at low body fat
