I think a lot of people with non-existent social lives are mistaken for autists. If you rarely speak to people naturally your social skills will decline and you will seem super retarded in conversations

The autism it self usually can’t get worse in my opinion there is not point in getting a autism diagnosis as there is no actual cure on the other hand if you have adhd get a diagnosis for that and try get a adderal prescription

Those aren’t autism or neurodivergent traits.

The actual traits: speech delay, fine motor skills delay, sensory hypersensitivity, anything behavioral or social comes only long after those.

Most people here are socially divergent but that doesn’t mean neurodivergent, people who don’t even grasp the differences between psychology and neurology throwing terms around has made them impossible to have a real conversation about.

Autism is a very vast spectrum severity wise and most people portray a couple associated traits. If you were notably autistic I can almost guarantee you would have had a diagnosis already, schools are quite proactive with testing when signs occur
