Like a month diet plan that’s 1600 calories that’s fucking simple to make and not some Ancient Greek meal

Breakfast - 3 eggs and a bowl of plain greek yogurt mixed with a scoop of vanilla protein powder and frozen berries (470 calories / 60g protein)

Lunch - 0.75lb chicken breast with 1 serving of white rice (590 calories / 80g protein) *Rice is for energy, do my lifts around lunch time*

Dinner - 0.50lb Grass-Fed Beef 93% Lean (340 calories / 46g protein)

Night time - Protein bar (200 calories / 19g protein)

1600 calories / 205g protein | This has been my diet for around a month and a half, I'm cutting down from a bulk and consuming a lot of protein for the sake of trying to keep as much muscle as possible and maybe even build some in the process. Switch it around as you like if you're some primal retard and dislike protein bars you could replace it with veggies like carrots for skin complexion. Skin is clear and glowing, energy at an all time high and confidence at its peak. Beef doesn't have to be grass fed if money is a problem, local place had a big sale stocked up on 50lbs non grass-fed and I'm doing fine, stick to great value greek yogurt it's cheap and do the same for berries, great value. Can get cheap protein snacks on supplementhunt, personally ordered $100 worth 2 days ago. Would go for cage free or pasture raised chicken eggs, they're nature's multivitamin and it's better to spend an extra dollar.

Where it says “powder” this is the one I’m using (I drink one in the morning after the gym and one with my one meal for the day around 6 PM)
You can remove/replace it with something else if your not trying to build muscle

(I just put in breakfast because I don’t think it matters)

It’s actually a lot of food. I’m doing body recomp right now and it’s only the first day that’s fucking shit I almost gave up jfl.
But after that it gets easier.
Rice fills you up hella and with the protein shake your pretty much full every day.

When you wake up the bloating is pretty much gone(from the rice) after you take a cold shower.
