@Deusmaximus I heard you used fillers in the past. Do u recommend them?

I did some: they are great.

Chin augmentation - superb. Volux is indistinguishable from the bone.

Cheek augmentation - superb. Voluma is indistinguishable from the bone.

Undereye augmentation with Volbella if you have dark circles from a negative orbital vector - very good.

Also the amounts are not large. I fixed the negative orbital vector only with 1ml of Voluma (for both cheeks). But the lateral projection is still not enough i guess.

I did not "ascend" since my main problems are nose, eyes, hairline, and the upper lip + skin laxity. But I can easily see how someone else with different problems can ascend using this, since it is a cheap-ass quality way to create mogger bones out of nowhere. (y)

you can't really ascend with just one thing

ascension is a full process where you combine at least 4 or 5 looksmaxing procedures

so what do u recommend?
fillers are good , i'd prefer them over implants , as said above , it's impossible to predict how implants will end up looking like with soft tissue , most jaw / chin implants results i saw look uncanny

but it won't be enough to ascend you , you can get +0.3 PSL but you need to do other things to complete your ascension

Depends on how much money you have.

Ideally get fillers, take a bunch of pictures, get them dissolved and then u can show your pics to the implant surgeon. That way he will have a good understanding on exactly how to custom design your implants

But if ur poor and don’t want to take a risk fillers

do they get disolved?
Depends on the fillers. The ones I listed dissolve with time.

But the surgeon who injected them into me, said that he saw people on MRI, and these fillers often stay for 2+ years, up to 5 years.

There are also permanent fillers and fat transfer. These are permanent. BUT you cannot take them out if your surgeon makes a mistake/accident. You will walk with lumps under the skin.

Radiesse is another type of filler, which gets dissolved by the body, but there is no antidote. If your results are bad, you will have to wait it out.

But for the ones I listed, you can use hyaluronidase (substance), to dissolve the fillers i listed. If you have botched your fillers, or maybe you have overdone them. (y)

So, i do not recommend anything by HA fillers. They seriously indistinguishable from the bone. I am pushing it, this shit does not budge in my cheek, nor under eye. Even though Volbella is a low-viscosity filler, which should be "softer". It is NOT. Almost like bone. Consistency like... idk... hardened clay?

Volux and Voluma feel like TOTAL BONE. :Comfy:

People use Radiesse cause it "gives sharpness"... i have no fucking clue what this mythical "sharpness" is, but sounds like a commercial gimmick.

Go do fillers, dissolve if you don't like the results. No problem.

But i suggest you just do not do much at all. I never did cheeks so I chose to do VERY small amount. Like 0.5ml in each cheek. Now i c it is not enough, even though visible. But better to "underdo" than to "overdo". After all they are expensive, no money to dissolve and reinject :feelsrope:

And if you have balls, for your particular face, you can do the pyriform filler my surgeon suggested, you look like you could benefit from it too, since you have a concave face.

But I am too afraid to use fillers in the nose, so i need someone to try, and show us pics :feelshehe:

If you survive, plz report here:

Yeah, it is quite rare, that a person has one HUGE defect, like fully medically recessed jaw... then they do 1 operation - bimax - and BANG, they go Chad. Same for rhino sometimes.

But usually it is a few mm of bone here, a few mm of tissue there, and you need to fix a lot of small things, which together combine into a harmonious Chad face :feelsrope:

do they go away from your body? or you end up like adriana lima?

Nah, they go away. (y)

Idk shy she looks like this. I talked to my plastic surgeon, he said that most people look puffy like her ^ because they overfill FAT TRANSFERS. So, they start adding fat... adding, adding... until they look like Bogdanoff :feelsrope:

And in Lima's case, it is probably not fillers but

how? do i shit them?
Not sure if you are sarcastic or sth :feelsokman:

But they disintegrate in your body under natural body enzymes.

But to answer you question:
- Do I shit them?
- No, most probably you pee them out

Thats a lot bro r u rich?
I work as data scientist, so my salary after the tax and mortgage + necessities is ~1800 euro. Minus food, then i can do 3 ml fillers each month :ROFLMAO:

But it is very expensive even for me. I just went to the most reputable plastic surgeon in finland.

I got way lower price offers from young surgeons - one quoted me for 215 euro per ml of Voluma and 200 euro for work (no matter how much i want injected)... but i did not like his offer to make me homo by injecting lateral cheeks of mine :ROFLMAO:

PS. ALso my current surgeon suggested i do pyriform filler, which i did not even know i had a concave face :feelsrope: Now i understand why my morphs with alain delon in FaceApp look uncanny as fuck :feelshehe:

Check this thread out:

But in short, it is the area around the base of the nose, the bone:
Pyri2

This procedure is recommended if you have a mild upper-maxilla recession, so called concave-face, that many people have, but which is less aesthetic than the convex face:

I don't remember your profile :)

But your front does not seem like you need it

But you might... TBH i haven't figured how this all works, it is hard to find any info on this particular modification. I guess, most people would just go to break their upper jaw in bimax instead of researching options, and look like
Scared Dog GIF

:feelsrope:

The issue here: i do not have maxilla recession. My bite is also good. It means, the portion of the face above the maxilla is "set-back". So, this procedure kinda "lifts" it

Fillers are great but you need to be the right person for it. I really like mine but I only used them to masculinize the chin. (No recession, just for chin width)
