Anybody know any surgeons (in US or outside) that will perform a deep plane neck lift on somebody between the ages of 18-25

Extremely low hyoid bone + slight recession , need a deep plane neck lift. Am only 18 but may need time to save up money depending on the cost. I’ve heard that a lot of surgeons turn down patients that are too young who are a lot older than me. Also will getting jaw surgery after the neck lift be a problem. Low hyoid bone and loose skin under my jaw is my main issue but I do have slight recession shown in CEPH scans so may want that later

i dont know if anyone performs deep plane neck lift other than dr nayak. to me, it is still to early for you to get one. lower your bf and try to fraud with your head posture.
