Honestly the best resource for that is jaw surgery forums.com. The people there have a lot of first hand experience with maxillofacial surgeons. You'll find out the most relevant information in a consultation anyway. Good luck

Yes, in theory. But there is not even one single before and after pic that proofs psl increase with msdo. The same goes for mse.
If you are not really recessed, and want a masculine chin, you need implants.

The issue there is that AFAIK distraction can only be effectively during puberty for most of the face.

Msdo and mse are made for those with narroe palates, so yeah if youre not deformed you wont get anything from those
