idk man i've been jutting for a year and still i can pull back my mandible to its recessed overjet position. It's true though that you get used to it. I have no problem chewing, talking(it's actually now easier to talk whilst mimicking a normal class I bite) or just holding my jaw where my front teeth touch.

I think with only jutting mandibular bone or mandibular joint remodeling is impossible(the remodeling would mean that you wouldn't be able to go back to your class II recessed position). But the muscles adapt quite fast and that position becomes maintainable after 1-2 weeks of doing it.

My theory is that either actual anterior remodeling of the jaw impossible after a certain age(i am 18) or that mine didn't because when i slept i involuntarily went back to my recessed position. I will get some sort of appliance that would keep my jaw forward also at night whilst sleeping and will report afterwards. So don't be worried you jawcel narcissistic autists, if i find the solution to your problems, i will have your back.

ye I stopped jutting now cause I can't chew in new bite and it wasn't holding during sleep so likely unhelpful for remodeling

u probably cant chew cuz your front teeth are longer than your molars and when they touch your molars won't. only way to get that fixed is braces :/

Ye I have.a.deep.bite idk if fixing it with braces would make my.face look worse though

i bonesmashed the bottom of my gonions a couple times. makes your jaw look a lot more angular, it's like fillers but you don't have to get affected by bloating and migrating

the entire theory that braces recess your face or ruin your aesthetics are bullshit claims made by people who grew into their shitty genetics during puberty(which is the time most people get braces).

braces alone do not harm your face. extractions recess your face, maxilla to be precise quite a lot. elastics and some appliances can also do some damage. but just braces are perfectly safe and do nothing else but fix your teeth.

Are you dead serious you bonesmashed? how are your gains now, did you only smash the edge of the gonion? how do you avoid the muscles and nerves there?

and what did you smash with?

I smashed all the muscles and nerve endings, nothing ever happened except bone growing. I understand some people get severe swelling and injuries from the practice which is why I don't recommend it, I just tell people that it works because it did work for me.

Regarding mental health and brain related stuff, you have gotta be pretty low inhib to go full out with bonesmashing. I have personally never lost and intelligence and I have to use extreme precision because I am a training auto-mechanic. Working on cars requires you a sharp mental, vehicles can be fucked up easily and require a lot of focus.

It's my experience, but since (im pretty sure) you are in highschool and still growing, i'd say it wouldn't require much, just chewing gum, smashing around the nerves and muscles. Focusing on the angles of the jaw because they grow really easily. Chewing and smashing gives you a giga tall ramus.

Yea I want more BONE gonial flare not muscles, just bone growth everywhere

i have everything figured out but nasal bridge, browridge and ramus are the uncertain areas.

Like what part of the ramus do i smash for height, just the bone ridge edge of the gonion or the ramus body?

Sculpture

This picture I drew was not meant to be funny, it is the position to protect your mandibular joints and your brain while widening the mandible and increasing the mandible height.

Never smashed under the jaw, the bone doesn't grow that way. hitting the exact corner is enough that will sharpen out the angle. You will literally feel a pointed bone spur after a few sessions of that. I have smashed the gonion and the entire body of the mandible. I smashed on the edge in order to create a flared long calcified section across the lower body of the mandible. Light now reflects off of the edge I created. You could look at the mandible of richard ramirez for reference. notice how the lower part of the mandible body has a flared line that runs down to his chin.

So let's say i want to get a taller chin would i just smash at the sides or would i actually have to connect with the underside of the chin?

Yes. I labratmaxxed and focused on wrists. 0.5 inch gain.

Never did it past a couple times. And I smashed it an upward angle with a hammer. My masseter muscles get in the way when I try to copy 2D V2's drawing
I already wrote a post on how looksmaxxers do bonesmashing wrong. Here:
