your face already has decent zygomatic prominence on the sides, and youre 14 lol. youll be fine. orthodontic treatment is always good. even if you dont think you have any issues visiting an orthodontist is a must. id say you can realistically reach HTN, maybe higher depending on how deep you go into the surgeries or how well your puberty blesses you. debloat is good but be sure to eat proper foods. youre still in the growing period. also volufiline is mega cope. only like 1 in 20 people see results and thats probs placebo

its more due to you being young bro, if you listen to the other ratings they deem you to be htn tho so what i like to do is just ignore the negative ones and follow the positive ones. your harmony/bonemass will become more pronounced when you age and tbh for your age class youre probs htn
