Disagree. I think it only works with someone with good eyes already. Just like dogs give off a strange look with that so do humans unless they already have a pretty good eye area.

I agree the at home heterochromia thing with latisse should obviously only be done if you already have pct and decent eye spacing. Eye shape , tilt > eye colour . But if you already have decent eyes this is sth you could add to your repertoire of striking features.
