I want to get from 5'10 to 6'2 ngl, if I sell one of my kidneys for 262k USD I'll be able to spend the 60 thousand singaporean dollars that it'll cost on it

Are you serious? I've read on their forums that the guys have recuperated. Some of them who have had internal lengthening of the tibia have permanent knee pain but it's supposed to be mild-to-moderate in terms of severity so I'm fine with that tbh
