anyone done shrooms here? need advice

plan to do it in summer with a friend, we plan to do it in a relatively empty park on a sunny day sat under a tree where no one will bother us

You get better advice on reddit, tbh. But yeah, just try to feel good a day prior and don't eat too much so you don't get nausea. It'll probably go well. I wouldn't overthink or overplan it, just go with the flow.

do you think seeing people walking (not close to us) across the park will affect us in any way because when i smoke weed sometimes i get a lil anxious so im unsure as to wether it’d be the same with shrooms

if you find that people are making you anxious just leave the area - youll be on shrooms but you wont be disabled

for first dose i recommend 1 - 1.5 if you want a good experience with some light visuals. can go up to 1.75 or 2 if you reckon you wont get freaked out for some more intense visuals and euphoria.

main thing is just let it go where it goes - even if you start properly tripping balls dont worry just accept it and go with it and you will be fine

if you try to stop it or fight it you will have an awful time

yeah it didn’t make much sense to me either because the guy himself said they last 6-8 hours and take over an hour to be at the peak of your trip so it kinda doesn’t make sense to do what he said with the hour thing

besides that what would be some good activities to do whilst tripping? i’m guessing just relaxing and listening to music but how about eating? do you get the munchies like with weed
