Honestly, the best I could find was a similar jacket with a similar print, but not the exact one. Cleo does not keep a public record of its pieces, it doesn't seem to be published in any major reseller site, it's of course not in the company's site or any older versions of it.

The only idea that comes to mind if you really have to find this jacket is to contact the company itself (probably won't be able to help), or to find the manufacturer and contact them or see if they have any public record of this stuff, which they probably don't. You could also try to search for Cleo's advertisement to see if they have anything on the jacket, but without a date, for all we know this thing could've been made and sold back when the Internet didn't even exist, so things like that would likely not be on the web.

I would give up if I were you, probably not going to find it, and if you do, likely won't find a seller for it.
