Anyone else do this shot to their fingers?

I don't think my fingers were without scars from my picking for as long as I can remember. Good thing I wash my hands very often

I baught this thing that tasted terrible designed to stop you from biting nails,after 2 weeks I built the habit,also realise you probably only bite them when stressed

No I pick them (rarely bite) when I'm not stressed even
