I used to smoke joints after taking big doses of pure dexedrine. The first couple times, the euphoria feels ridiculous. You get a rush that's nearly identical to hitting a meth pipe.
You feel the best effects from both drugs: the intense floaty body highs from weed along with the ego inflation and super concentration / lightning-fast mind / gigachad iq from the speed. You know weed makes everything seem weird and hilarious and on adderall everything is crazy interesting? Well on both, the whole around you is mind blowing and beautiful.
However, if you stop smoking or only smoke a little, that feeling doesn't last very long because the speed is so overpowering. You basically end up with just a chill/relaxed focus similar to the slow come up of a sativa edible or a modafinil high that's more euphoric (which still feels pretty good). But if you're chain-smoking joints or power hitting the bong, the intense meth-like euphoria I described will last for hours.
But like I said at the beginning, this only works the first few times you do it. The diminishing returns is noticeable to say the least. This only worked for me for 5-10 times max. After that, all I could get out of this combo was psychosis. Which btw, this is literally THE psychosis combo. You see, THC acts on your dopamine receptors but it's also mildly psychedelic (especially at high doses), and amphetamines are basically pure dopamine and they both amplify each other's effects. So the end result is basically a drug induced schizophrenia. That's why any psychologist will tell you to stay away from this combo.
Now the only for me to get that euphoria is by smoking meth. I've rarely gotten meth psychosis (and I've gone on some crazy binges) but now whenever I mix any stimulant with weed it's always a one way ticket to psychocity, population: me and the shadow people. So you know, tread lightly. Don't take huge doses of both and don't try to 'chase' that rush.
