Been feeling like this for years tbh, but I think I really am close to snapping. Lack of pussy kills a nigga. I see 14 year old little twink fags holding hands with their gfs, probably on the way to fuck, and here I am a 21, almost 22yo virgin subhuman on his way to the gym to cope and get awful cortisol spikes after.
Seriously how do I control that shit? I feel insanely anxious after the gym. Like I drank 4 cups of coffee or something.

I'm just rawdogging life, never took any meds. Scared to go to a doctor about it. Idk what i'd even say. That i'm a depressed incel piece of shit with no purpose in life that wants to LDAR all day? it's all so fucked.
