Doesn’t do shi for looks obviously but makes me feel way less stressed

Best supps for sleep imo are mag glycenate and l theanine

yeah but its also the fact that no drug or supplement can consistently keep cortisol levels low as ur body will always find homeostasis

Magnesium is beyond garbage for me. I've heard some good things about l theanine tho. But Imma stick with my mirtazpine and melatonin combo tho

Magnesium has helped relieve muscle tension for me, its good to take at night imo
Idk abt sleep tho

nope, if u look at any study on drugs that lower cortisol you'll see a drop the first month but within months it goes back to normal

I take it and it works decently I know there's 2 different types 1 more for testosterone the other more for stress I take the one for testosterone cus hey a 10% is still OK and it works alright for stress tbf I also recently starting L theanine and they work decently too gotta take a high dose like 400mg and I normally pair it will caffeine it takes the anxious side off caffeine

Never helped me sleep at all. Plus it sometimes has a laxative effect

Chiro as in chiropractor. Are they seen for sleep issues too? I just saw one to help with my concussion recovery

Ngl I've heard they were quaks. I only saw one bcuz my bro recommended him. Might see another one soon tho to help with my visual issues (caused by my concussion last year)

I've also heard they ruined some people's lives tho. I think some Chad got nearly paralyzed after a chiro fucked up his neck :fuk:

Added it to my sleep stack like 3 years ago then removed it and the only difference was time it took to fall asleep which is prob just placebo but its not like god status supp
