anyone else get schizo-tier and insane overthinking/anxiety on weed?

i get this shit but i learned to just embrace it after a while and not give a fuck.

i mainly smoke weed when i fuck. literally will be sitting there fucking a girl when all i can think about is how she's using me, whether it be for status, genes, her own pleasure, etc. feels good af on my dick but my brain just goes over these negative thoughts on a loop. but i keep doing it.

wondering what kind of brain wiring causes this. i was watching an interview with tyson fury who is generally an anxious/depressive type somewhat akin to myself and he said he gets the same way when he smoked.

apparently theres some evidence weed can even induce pretty severe schizophrenia

pretty sure ive come startlingly close to breaking my own mind with it several times. i've experienced depersonalization/derealization from it that lasted a week like 2 separate times. shit was pretty bad ngl

im just trying to figure out what kind of mentality/brain thinking is correlated with this. been reading and trying to understand the mentalities of men and why certain mental disorders would have been possible to exist, evolutionary speaking. like how some speculate schizophrenia is actually a call to blood lust/war/fighting a long time ago, and aided in that. i wanna figure out the real primal reasons behind this shit.

Weed is a waste of money. It has no real benefits other than temporary dopamine. When you start using, it takes a while to stop just like any other drug

i can start and stop weed easily and have many times tbh. i dont find it addictive at all. also, i kind of like this overthinking thing it does to me. but other times it can be brutal. especially if it pulls up insecurities in me.
