So i fixed 90% of my body acne i had but i still get very small tiny dots on my arms that open up after a scratch and after that fade away completely in a day. It's either from lifting weights or maybe the lotion i use even tho it says it'sn non comedogenic. Anyone else having similar problem? i don't want to quit gym but seems like my body skin is the best when i take breaks from the gym.

if i scratch it off, it opens up and becomes red, after 20h it's almost gone and in the morning it's completely faded, some weird shit....
that sounds more like mild sweat acne or clogged follicles than keratosis pilaris, KP usually stays and feels rough all the time, but what you’re describing comes and goes quick, fades overnight points to irritation or micro-inflammation from sweat, friction, or bacteria. try using a benzoyl peroxide wash after workouts (like PanOxyl 5-10%) a few times a week, then follow up with a light non-comedogenic lotion so your skin doesn’t dry out. if it’s mostly happening after the gym, make sure you’re wiping down benches, wearing clean shirts every session, and showering right after. also try to...
that kinda sounds like keratosis pilaris which is basically like dead skin. im not entirely sure if thats what u actually have tho.

search it up and compare it to what u have and if u figure that u do have it then all u need to do is exfoliate consistently.

nah, kinda similar but it doesn't stay on the skin for long

yea that is odd, maybe if it keeps happening you could go to a dermatologist and they can help you.

could you mark this as solution by the way?

you are right, i will try benzoyl peroxide wash for sure, tho it's hard to find truly non comedogenic lotion as most of them are clogging pores for some even tho the label says otherwise.

you feel like it won't be too much for my skin since i already use a product with salicylic acid, retinoids and some peptides all in one

you’ll be fine bro, just don’t stack everything on the same day. if you’re already using salicylic acid + retinoids, your skin’s probably on the sensitive side, so add the benzoyl peroxide like 2-3x a week max at first. alternate it one night your usual routine, one night BP. if it starts drying you out or flaking, pull back a bit. you mainly just need it post-gym to kill off bacteria, not as a daily thing. peptides will help buffer the irritation too, so you’re good.
