well, so far i've been going to the gym regularly, and taking good care of my skin (it was never really bad to begin with so it won't really improve me - just preventing aging I guess). I've been trying facial exercises to get sharper features, but tbh Idk if they even do much - perhaps ill go with surgery when I have money and move out.

and switching my hair, but still in the process of that. I was mouth breathing pretty much the past 5 years (since age 11), so that now but I think it's a little late for it to switch since the damage is done, but a pretty big focus on nose breathing and chewing harder, whilst keeping my mouth shut.
