Anyone else have a binge eating problem?

I’m not fat or anything but I have a tendency to binge eat a couple times a week. All day I’ll be eating, various sweets, Chinese food, pizza, candy, fast food etc. Nothing spikes my dopamine like eating does. Some days I can eat up to 10,000 calories.

When I leanmax or when I need to do something I don't want to do I always end up eating uncontrollably. I prefer like food though, not sweets.

Yeah these past two-three weeks I’ve been slacking, been depressed as shit. Been eating over my calorie maintenance and lots of carbs and my love handles returned. Feel like absolute shit, this week I’m not gonna make the same mistake

Yeah now that I stopped leanmaxxing Im eating like a fucking pig I should only eat 200=300 surplus calories but its hard af

I read somewhere that bullimia gets rid of 1/2 of the calories

Couldn't imagine eating 10,000 calories in a day, mirin tbh. I have a dogshit diet, but naturally low appetite. Idk, I eat fast food/takeout everyday, be drinking soda, and I stay around 150lbs at 6'0 with zero effort or thought put into it. Just eat when I'm hungry.
I would level up with good diet. Probably have better skin, hair, look healthier and less like a ghoul, and I imagine I would become lean without putting active effort into eating less. Because the shit I eat right now is mega calorie dense. But my neurotic whore mother doesn't let me use the kitchen

I have the same. I will diet for 1-2 weeks and then eat 10.000 kcal in a day without issues.

Typical binge-eating night:

2 litres of beer (6-pack). 1 bottle of wine.
1 pizza. 1 full cup of ben'n jerries ice-cream, 1 large bag of potato chips, 1 chocolate bar, 2 bags of sweets.

the dopamine hits just keep coming and I can't stop eating.

Your question shouldn't be whether other people have a binge eating disorder, to which you already know the answer, but why you have it, if you want do something about it and what it is you can do

Op you sound like. Im 5'11 150 lbs and I binge eat like every 2 week, I eat until my stomach hurts lol

I just ate 4 nogger ice creams and later i will eat an xl pizza for dinner but im already at a teenage girls bodyweight so i deserve it

Should minimize your binge eating by spreading it into cheat meals, limit the calorie intake by 2000, eating 2000 calorie's is easy to get from junk food so a big mac meal size large is max you should be eating once in a fortnight or month. You won't get fat but after eating fast food for the next few days youll have water retention, bloat, and your body's retaining lots of sodium from the junk food you eat.

Personally I eat 100% clean as in i dont eat any processed or junk food at all because I prefer my 100% healthy diet. I use to eat junk food in the from of cheat meals once in a few weeks if I was really dying for it, but even then I quit because the toxin's from the junk food was so noticeably bad i almost threw up after considering how bad it taste compared to healthy food.
