Anyone else having greasy af skin

My skin on the nose and in the surrounding area is greasy af.

I currently use a acne foam face wash and eucerin mosturizer cream


I also have large pores


How can i improve it?

Drink lots of water and eat healthily. You're in puberty so there's no point putting creams/chemicals on your face.
