Anyone else here suffer from this? (class III bite) (asymmetric gonial angle)

So I have an asymmetric gonial angle, my chin curves to the right causing one side of my gonial angle to be rounded, while the other looks somewhat normal (besides downward growth).

Anyone else have this problem? Know what could fix it? Bimax seems to do a good job, but they still always look slightly asymmetric after, would filler or a custom implant on one side after jaw surgery work?

Most of the pictures in this link have it way worse than I do, although not all are as recessed as me.

IS IT FIXABLE?

Not always, mine is too but not due to bone structure, I just got the side my mouth ripped open a few years ago

Do you know of any fixes? I know bimax fixes it, which I'll be getting, but have you heard if implants or filler work to mask it?

not sure but i had a pretty bad overbite (class 2 malocclusion i think) so i got invisalign to fix that - im 3/4 way thru and it has improved. my bite still isn't normal so it might just be that causing it? ill wait until im done before considering other procedures.

Oh that's weird, I have a minor class 3 underbite, but we seem to have a similar problem. I haven't gotten braces yet but I hope they give me some aesthetic improvements before I get surgery, what changes have you seen since you got invisalign?

Yea i got that too, my entire fcking face is super asymmetrical. To the point if i got a bimax only that would recenter my jaws i'd look even more uncanny. Hopefully i can get obo + lf3.

Unironically mew. Not saying bones will change, but alot of asymmetries like that have to do with facial posture. So when I say mew, I mean have proper tounge posture

had class III underbite. got Invisalign and that shit ascended me. people here hate elastic bands but it fixed my underbite and made my jaw symmetrical, get invisalign trust me. braces are known to cause root damage but it's worth it if u have a bad bite
