used to do this alot it was a weird habit of mine i fixed it by forcing my teeths to touch gently 24/7

apparently ur supposed to have it like that tho. my natural posture is my top & bottom front teeth touching (as in the front of the lower teeth touching the back of the lower teeth) but the rest of them have a gap and thats whats worked for me (it also keeps my tongue up for some reason)
