I scream as high as I can

The reasons for doing this

1) we don’t scream as much as we used to, in nature you would scream a lot more when trying to catch prey so it’s high T

2) it makes your voice deeper (high T)

3) it relieves any stress you may be having so lower cortisol= higher T
