Anyone else never had acne before

Me. I always ate junk food growing up as well as cookies and candy and whatnot. Always drank soda. Never had to deal with acne. And surprisingly, I was underweight almost my entire life.

I fucking wish... I've been dealing with Acne for years. Now that I'm about to start steroids I am worried
