anyone else really bipolar

yesterday I felt like killing myself becuase of the world etc,
now I feel like I can crush and dominate and had like a 5 minute cold shower while punching the tiled walls as hard as I could
so weird man Idk If I like such fluctuating feelings

that's not how bipolar works

you probably have borderline personality disorder if your mood shifts very frequently

i have bipolar disorder it takes too long for my mood to shift, every 4 months or so
