I struggle to imagine my real visage in my mind, it's not like I have aphantasia or that it's wholly innacurate but I imagine myself much better looking and in favorable light, unlike when I see myself in a mirror where I can appearantly see I'm uglier.
Is this normal human behavior or consistent with something like narcissm or something ego related where I on some level can't acknowledge my subhumanity?
