Been getting the worst hangovers and it completely ruins any chances to be productive the next day.

also seems like cope for not having enough confidence to socialise. Think in the long term it would be better if I just avoided it or had like 1-2 drinks not to look weird

thoughts? And if anyone has done this already feel free to share ur experience

Just be George W. Bush theory

I quit it for around 1-2 months and recently started drinking again. I will probably never quit it full time, but drinking 3-4 times a month is fine.

I never drank alcohol and will never drink that shit

I have practically done this because of hangovers. The low-energy feeling lasts for days. Not even mentioning money, health, and dumb things I say when drunk.

This year I haven't drunk at all. Last year... half beer can?

I like non-alcoholic beers every now and then.

Yeah, I noticed the same thing as I got older. Hangovers started getting worse and lasting longer. I also started blacking out more.

About a year and a half ago I blacked out and fell down in the street. I busted my head and chipped my tooth. Haven't had a drink since. I'm an all or nothing type person. If I start drinking a little bit I can't stop. It's not somethong I can enjoy in moderation.

I'm leaner, I have more energy and money.

Hangovers got very brutal before I stopped.

I used to drink almost daily for quite some time but I don’t have had any alcohol cravings anymore since I went on a high sugar no fat diet last year. It switched sth in my brain permanently

Heavy drinker here, but only binge where clubbing

Hungovers are devastating now, last 2-3 days, i damaged myself during blackouts, embarased myself too and i crave cocaine when drunk

Would miss drunked lays, cannto pull sober yet, but subsequences are umbarable now so i quit

Nope, I don't need that many hours in the day to looksmax, I can deal with the loss of time, it helps me fast forward the rest of the day after my looksmax shit is done.

even a single night of binge drinking undoes any looksmax progress made in the week before, and leaves you feeling like shit for days.

if you really get into the party scene, you might end up drinking heavily 3 or 4 times a week and having alcohol everytime you socialise. I got to that point and it ruined my health, destroyed my mindset and because of frying your GABA receptors, makes anxiety 10x worse, to the point where you are still anxious even when drunk.

quitting drinking is very hard but one of the best and first things you can do. now I drink once every two weeks and do my absolute best to keep it to no more than 4 pints. but if you struggle with alcohol, even that can be tough. once I start drinking, it’s like my body is screaming at me to just drink as much and as quickly as I can.

best thing to do is stay away from environments where drinking is encouraged. vape instead when socialising so you have something to ‘consume’ if that makes sense.

the girls you meet in drunk settings are usually trash anyway so you aren’t missing much.
