Ive had so many random breaks from working out anywhere between like 2 weeks and 3 months that I just haven't really made much progress past my first year of lifting tbh, I started 3 years ago now. My strength is the same as it was 2 years ago and my weight is 2 or 3kg less tho I'm leaner.
The past year for me was like 5 months consistent, 3 months barely working out, 1 month working out, 1 months not working out, 1 month working out, 1 month not working out

thankfully my body doesnt look bad and im still normal bf 13%. eating 5 meals and sleeping all day doesnt help. i go gym maybe twice a week then dissappear for a week and repeat. before i started college i was consistently in the gym for a month or so, maybe 4 times a week
